Job Description:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the building inside and outside. Must perform general custodial duties in such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, stairwells/corridors, offices and conference rooms. Dusting of all cleared flat surfaces, and general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Entry level, high school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience
Must be able to understand spoken & written English
Specific Duties:
1. Exterior building: trim bushes as needed, pick up trash daily, weed flower beds as needed, replace light bulbs as needed, paint; fire hydrants, curbs and exterior as needed, adjust and maintain sprinkler system as needed.
2. Interior Building: clean and mop all corridors and walls on floors and stairwells.
3. Elevators: walls and floors must be cleaned and maintained as needed.
4. For specified offices; clean, sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum which also includes; empty trash daily.
5. Restrooms: both mens and womens must be cleaned daily.
6. Exterminate interior and exterior building as needed.
