Are you an innovative and motivated Process Engineer seeking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Engineer to join our team.
This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, controlling, and optimizing industrial processes, especially continuous ones within the manufacturing industry.
As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving our manufacturing processes and methodologies, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities:
1.
Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
2.
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data, design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
3.
Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
4.
Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.
5.
Perform risk assessments and provide process documentation and operating instructions.
6.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain and improve manufacturing processes and workflows that meet business needs.
7.
Implement and support lean manufacturing principles across all operations.
8.
Manage cost and time constraints to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
9.
Work closely with equipment suppliers, manage installations, and ensure equipment is functioning to specifications.
10.
Train and guide team members on new processes and equipment.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
2.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3.
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering.
4.
Solid knowledge of process related standards and experience in process simulations.
5.
Working knowledge of process engineering software packages and CAD software.
6.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
7.
Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and problem-solving skills.
8.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
10.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
11.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation.
12.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to focus on critical elements and prioritize tasks.
13.
Experience in process improvements and manufacturing efficiency.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
