Summary:
Inventory and Material Associate is required to manage both raw materials and finished goods for the Production Department.
Operate a forklift in a safe manner and work with Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager, leads to ensure that all the needs are met.
Inventory and Material Associate will conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner with everyone.
This position will be assisting the Inventory and Material Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities are as outlined below but not limited to the following:
- Operate forklift safely observing all safety rules.
- Cycle Counts - Ensure materials are stored in their proper location.
- Create locations as needed - Stage material for upcoming jobs using the B.
O.
M.
- Weigh & Return material as jobs complete - Work with warehouse & Purchasing Manager - Any other duties needed by Purchasing Manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED - Must have previous material handling experience.
- Must work well within a team environment - Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
