Job Summary The Training Associate role will work under the direction of the Training Lead and Training Supervisor to ensure operational standards are met within our Step IT Up training program.
This role will train new Associates, complete cross training for existing Associates, complete ongoing observations, and complete follow ups for new hires throughout their first 30 days.
The Training Associate will be a dedicated training resource that is assigned to a specific shift; this supports our 2nd shift operations - Monday- Thursday 6pm-4:
30am.
Primary Job Duties Run the mechanics of the STEP iT UP training program with new hires, cross training and re-training Own all new starts on the shift, provide these Associates with the Knowledge, Context, Information and Training to be able to perform job functions Support the review and enhancement of our SOP architecture and training documentation, checklists and quick reference guides Work with the Training Lead to monitor individual Department performance to ensure training / cross training is pro-active and operational standards are met Work with HR to facilitate various training's that occur in the building - New Hire Orientation, RF101, Safety Training, Powered Equipment Support the Labor Management program, by training / enforcing standards in each department Minimum Education High School or equivalent Bachelors or Associates degree preferred Minimum Experience 2
years' experience in distribution center environment year dedicated experience with Training Proven experience using metrics to drive behavior change and results Experience with Labor Management standards preferred Familiar with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required Crocs is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
