We see mostly dogs, cats, and horses, but do see exotics as well! We are in need of a motivated and personable Veterinary Receptionist.
It is a full time position (30-40 hours per week).
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Vandalia, OH 2 Saturdays per month in Vandalia, OH $14/hour Candidate must be able to lift 50lbs, handle medications, and be exposed to radiography Our Veterinary Receptionists are responsible for the care of our patients including but not limited to:
Providing exceptional client service Managing the clinic phone:
booking appointments, refilling medications, forwarding medical calls to the doctor/technician Billing out appointments at the end of examination, booking future appointments for that client Filling medications and client communication Manage the fax machine:
forward incoming faxes to the doctor, faxing out medical reports to referring doctors Daily closeout of the clinic:
making sure all clinic income is accounted for that day Light handling of animals:
admitting patients for day stays Light cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, tidying, etc.
